• Prepare all documents as required in preparation of settlement
• Disclosure of new mortgage documents
• Receipt of loan funds, repayment of prior lending, and payment to you of balance of funds
• Provide you with a detailed statement following settlement of the refinance and an updated Certificate of Title showing new mortgage details
