Selling
Our services we provide during the sale of your property
- Detailed overview of the sales process
- Review contracts and provide advice prior to signing
- Draft Agreement for Sale and Purchase and any necessary conditions (if required - additional costs apply to drafting agreement)
- Check Title to property
- Monitor conditions and dates and advise you accordingly
- Liase with Real Estate Agent
- Liase with Purchasers Solicitor or Conveyancer
- Ensure all local council land rates and water rates are upto date and dealt with at settlement
- Liase with Lender and arrange discharge of mortgage with Lender
- Prepare all documents in preparation of settlement
- Arrange repayment of lending and balance of funds to you upon settlement
- Provide you with a detailed statement following settlement of the sale
Our fees are inclusive of GST and disbursements and include all assistance from start to finish.

Sale with a Mortgage $1,100.00
Buying
Our services we provide during the purchase of your property
- Detailed overview of the purchase process
- Review contracts and provide advice prior to signing
- Draft Agreement for Sale and Purchase and any necessary conditions (if required - additional costs apply to drafting agreement)
- Check Title to property and provide detailed advice in relation to the same
- Liase with Real Estate Agent
- Liase with Vendors Solicitor or Conveyancer
- Monitor conditions and dates and discuss conditions with you as they become due
- Review LIM Report/Builders Report/Toxicology Report and advise you accordingly
- Liase with Lender/Bank/Mortgage Broker in relation to finance
- Prepare all documents as required in preparation of settlement
- Disclosure of Mortgage documents
- Arrange payment of settlement funds
- Provide you with a detailed statement following the settlement of your purchase along with a copy of the Title showing you as the new owner/s of the property
Our fees are inclusive of GST and disbursements and include all assistance from start to finish.
Purchase with no Mortgage $1,100.00
Purchase with a Mortgage $1,250.00
Purchase with an ANZ, Westpac, SBS or
Co-Operative Bank Mortgage $1,350.00
Kiwisaver Withdrawal

Refinancing
Our services we provide during the refinance of your property
- Detailed overview of the refinance process
- Check Title to property
- Arrange discharge of the mortgage
- Liase with Lender/Bank/Mortgage Broker in relation to new lending
- Prepare all documents as required in preparation of settlement
- Disclosure of new mortgage documents
- Receipt of loan funds, repayment of prior lending and payment of any balance of funds to you
- Provide you with a detailed statement following settlement of the refinance and an updated certificate of title showing new mortgage details
Our fees are inclusive of GST and disbursements and include all assistance from start to finish. (Some banks requirements incur additional fees please contact us to discuss)
